I suppose a lot of people already know this one, but I figured it would be fun for those who didn’t, and also nice to have something we can shove in someone’s face if they should disagree that cilantro is inherently nasty. Oh, and also to be a bit more specific than just “it’s genetic”, because I had no idea which genes were responsible for this.
